Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 business days. If 5 business days have elapsed since the beginning of your paid rental period, we can’t offer you a full refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Equipment fails during the rental period
  • Equipment is not picked up inside the time slot specified during check-out.
  • Equipment is returned early, before the end of the time block specified during check-out.
  • An error on our part
