Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have elapsed since the beginning of your paid rental period, we can’t offer you a full refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Equipment fails during the rental period
  • Equipment is not picked up inside the specified time slot during check-out.
  • Equipment is returned early, before the end of the specified block of time specified during check-out.
  • An error on our part
